  • How to Exchange & Return Merchandise

    Return and Exchange Policy

    No refunds on items marked as Sale, Sale items can be exchanged however shipping fee will be for the customers account

    Refunds can be allowed only if the product was purchased directly from a Crocs Concept Store or on www.crocssa.co.za

    Customers are entitled to return within 7 Days of purchase with receipt for a Refund or Exchange
    Products returned without a receipt or after the 7 Day period can be exchanged
    Please note in order to return products for any of the above it must be in the original, unworn condition

    Should the customer not be able to return the shoes within the specified 7 day period, please contact Crocs SA to make alternative arrangements within this period

    All online exchanges are dispatched on a Tuesday and Thursday.

    For all Online Returns call 087 237 6845 choose internet department quote your order id number and state your query.


    Warranty

    Warranty for Crocs footwear applies to defects in materials for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase With a receipt customers are entitled to a Refund or Exchange. Without a receipt customers are entitled to Exchange.

    Replacement or Repaired goods which become defective within 3 months can be returned for a refund or exchanged providing the receipt is supplied. Without a receipt customers are entitled Exchange.

    Should the customer not be able to return the defective shoes within the specified 180 day warranty period, please contact Crocs SA to make alternative arrangements within this period.


    Upon return of the defective merchandise to Crocs SA, it will be inspected, evaluated and replaced in a timely manner, should the criteria for warranty be met Additional merchandise ordered to be shipped with the warranty return may incur additional courier charges. An invoice will be included with your merchandise when it is dispatched.

    Exchange may be made for an alternative model in the same price range Exchange may be made for an alternative model of higher value, in which case an additional payment of the difference in price is to be paid in by the customer.
