Black Friday Exchanges

At Crocs we strive to make online shopping a smooth and hassle-free experience.

As Black Friday is an extremely busy period we will prioritize getting all orders processed and shipped before looking at exchanges. Exchanges process will start from the 4thDecember 2018

We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the product or tried it on. With this in mind, we happily accept Black Friday exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:

No Refunds on Black Friday or Sale Items, however we will gladly exchange.

For online exchanges, the first return/upliftment is on us. We will send off the replacement item and arrange the collection of the item being returned at our expense.

Should you still not be happy, the second exchange will be for your account

Please note the driver that collects the return will not be the same driver that delivers the replacement. Please do not be alarmed if the one comes before the other.

Exchanges may be made for different sizes, should the product still be available. Should we no longer have stock of the original style you purchased, you may choose an alternative style to the same value of your order or product, no refunds. Please keep in mind that the Black Friday sale is while stocks lasts, we cannot guarantee we will have the same style to replace your original choice.

You will be billed the difference in purchase price if the item you wish to exchange is of a higher value than the item you are wanting. You will not be liable for shipping costs as your first exchange is on us.

Our Customer Care Team will email you the difference due, together with the banking details you will need to make payment for the difference.

Once payment reflects in our account, out Customer Care teams will arrange for your replacement to be delivered.

How do I arrange the exchange?

Our exchange process will start from the 4th December 2018

Email our Customer Care team support@free-form.co.za, Call us on 0872376845 or log onto our live www.crocssa.co.za have your order number ready and simply advise them what you would like to return.

Download or request a copy of our Return & Exchange Form which will need to be completed and Included in your return bag.

Our Customer Care Teams will arrange for the product to be uplifted.

Place the Product together with original swing tickets along with your completed returns document and original invoice in the bag which will be provided by our Courier. Delivery takes between 7 and 10 working days,and happens between 8:00-5:00 pm Monday to Friday

You have the choice to return your purchase to any Crocs Concept Store Within South Africa
