We stand in solidarity with our President after his address held on 23 March 2020. As a business, we feel the responsibility to respond in a manner that meets the level of urgency the situation calls for. We are committed to standing together and protecting the wellbeing of our nation.
It’s hard to navigate the unknown, but as we continue to better understand how to slow the spread of COVID-19, the safety of our customers, employees and local communities are our priority.
Our Stores have been closed from Friday, 27 March and will reopen once the lockdown has been lifted.
Our corporate staff are working from home and our retail team has been given time off.
Our online store continues to accept orders and you are welcome to shop with us from the comfort and safety of your home. Please visit us at www.crocssa.co.za Our customer service team will be ready to assist you.
Please note, due to the nationwide lockdown, goods will be dispatched as soon as the lockdown has been lifted and business returns to normal operations.
Crocs will not be able to process any exchanges or returns during this time & your options to return/refund will kick in from date of receipt.
